Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Abezara application (the "Service").

1. Interpretation and Definitions

"Application" refers to Abezara, a mobile application for educational driving theory test preparation in Georgia. "Service" refers to the Application. "You" means the user of the Service. "Operator" ("we") means Nika Zurbaevi, a private individual based in Georgia, who operates the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Application.

You confirm that You are at least 16 years old. Users under 16 are not permitted to use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

Abezara provides educational driving theory questions, practice tests, and study tools for learning purposes only. The content is based on publicly available official traffic regulations and exam topics, but the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government authority. Using the Service does not guarantee passing any official examination.

4. Exam Slot Alerts

The Application may notify You when free slots appear on the government exam booking site. You enable this feature Yourself and it is provided as is. We do not operate the booking system, we do not reserve or hold slots for You, and we do not guarantee that a notification will arrive in time, that a slot will still be free by the time You act on it, or that the alerts will run without interruption. Booking an exam and its outcome remain entirely with the relevant government authority.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. You may not.

• copy, modify, or redistribute the Application or its content without permission
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by the Operator. Questions and topics derived from public official sources remain the property of their respective owners; the Operator only compiles and presents them for educational use.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times, and official regulations may change after content was last updated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decision made or exam result based on the Application's content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if You violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means You accept the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
